      Arun ji jb moong k daal ankurit ho jaye to aap usko chabakar hi khayen wo bhee subha Breakfast me tb hi ye daal aap ko apna pura fayda pahunchayegi. Bilkul aap aise bhi kha saktey hain jaisa aap bol rahe hain lekin Moong dal ko agar aap ankurit karki yani ke jab daal main ek raat bhigone ke baad agle din kisi sooti kapde main latka kar chhaya wali jagah main latka denge to usmain kulley yani ke ankur nikal aayenge jinhe sprouts bhi boltey hain.
