    Hello rizwan sir .mera aaj 3sal se blood pressure low rehta hai Aur mai homeopath doctor se ilaj bhi krwaya Aur daily bp check krta tha lekin koi frk nhi PDA abhi bhi Mera bp low hai koi achi dawa bataiye in homeopath which will normal my low pb in 2-3 days plz.     kya hum 50 gm subh or 50 gm dal post workout me kha sakte hai
    iske alwa me tofu paneer or desi ghee (morning m 1 tsp) use kr rha hu …
    500 ml milk b use (bed time) kr rha hu
    250 ml post workout ..
    kya yh sahi hai

      Dost sabse pehle aapko apne wajan, apni height aur apne daily workout yani gym me aap jitne calories burn karte hain uski poori jaankari honi chahiye.

      Kyuke Jaisa ke aapne ooper apni diet ke baare main bataya hai to uske liye surely apko kaafi workout ki bhi zaroorat hogi yadi aap regular workout nahi karenge to aapki body main protein ki matra zyada ho sakti hai jitni ki aapki body ko zaroorat nahi hoti.

      To main sabse pehle aapko suggest karunga ke aap kisi dietician ke paas jakar apna diet chart prepare karkar ke har 15 se 20 din me regular diet ko review bhi kare.
