Manav Shareer ke liye Bhojan kay Awashyak Tatva




Jis prakar engine ko chalaney ke liye, koila, paani, Deisel, aadi ki awashayakta hoti hai usi prakar manushya ko bhee khadya padarth ke roop main bhojan ki awashyakata hoti hai.
Bhojan shareer ko Urja pradaaan karta hai, shareer ke vikas ke liye bhojan awashayak hai, tatha shareer ko bhojan shaktee pradan karta hai.

Manav Shareer ke liye Bhojan kay Awashyak Tatva

( मानव शरीर के लिए भोजन के आवश्यक तत्व )

Bhojan ( Food ) ke Tatva :-

  • Carbohydrate कार्बोहायड्रेट
  • Protein  प्रोटीन
  • Wasa  वसा (FAT)
  • Vitamins  विटामिन्स
  • Khanij Lawan   खनिज लवण
  • Paani  पानी (WATER)

Carbohydrate कार्बोहायड्रेट :- Isme mukhya roop se 3 tatwa Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen Hotay hain. Chawal, Gahoon, Makka, Aalu, Shakker, Makkhan, Kahjoor, Angoor aadi me paya jata hai. Iski kami se twacha per jhurriya padney lagti hain aur shareer ka bhar ghatney lagta hai, pachan shakti kamzor ho jati hai, shareer jaldhi thak jata hai tatha durbal ho jata hai.

Iski adhikta se wajan badhjata hai aur aadmi motapay ka shikar ho jata hai, aur adhikta se Diabetes bhee honey ki sambhabna hai.




Carbohydrate कार्बोहायड्रेट ke Karya :-

  • Yeha shareer ko urja pradan karta hai. Mashpaishiyo ko sudharan aur pusth banata hai.
  • Bhookh mitata hai.

Protein  प्रोटीन :- Protein me Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Gandhak aur Phosphorus tatwa hotai hain. Protein mass, Doodh Anday ki zardi, soyabeans, dahee, Kahmeer, Hri sabzi tatha Gaihoon ke chlkay me paya jata hai. Iski kamee sey shareer kamzor ho jata hai, Bacchon बच्चों ki sharirik bradhi ruk jati hai aur bacchon ko sukha rog ho sakta hai.

Protein  प्रोटीन ke Karya :- Shareer me Protoplasm जीवद्रव ka nirman karta hai. Naye Cell ya koshikaon कोशिकाओं ka nirman karta hai. Harmones ka nirman karta hai. Shareer ki bradhee ya vikas me sahayak hai. Shareer ki Muscles ka nirman karta hai.

Wasa  वसा (FAT) :- Isme mukhya roop sey wseey amal वसीय अमल (fatty acid) tatha Carrbn, Hydrogen, Oxygen paye jatey hain. Vansapati Oil, Ghee, Butter, Mongfalee, Mass, Machlee, Anda aadi me wasa payee jati hi, Cod liver oil ( Cod Fish ke liver ka oil), me sabsey adhik wasa payee jati hai. Wasa ki kam se Eczema namak rog ki ashanka hoti hai, Wasa ki kami se thakaan sheegra शीग्र aati hai, Wasa ki kami se pachan shaktee kam ho jati hai.

Iski adhikta se shareer mota ho jata hai, tatha Diabetes aur Hear ke rog honey ki sambhawana bardh jathi hai.
