      App khane ko thoda thoda karke aur har 2 ghnate ke baad khane ki aadat daal lain.

      Ye diabetes kch nhi hota. agr isse zindagi bhar k lye chhutkara pana hai to apko zindagi k 100 din meri baat ko follow kr k chalna hoga otherwise puri life medical science ki medicines use kijye.

      kaha gya hai.

      Jaisa ki Diabetes ke baray me kaha jata hai ki ” Diabetes is the mother of all disease” . Diabetes saree beemarion ki maa hai. Diabetes jisko sugar ki beemari bhee kaha jata hai, aksar log Diabetes ki beemari ko halkay me laitey hai, jo ki baad me kayee badi problems paida kar deti hai. jaise ki Heart attack, Kidney ka kharab ho jana, Paralysis ya lkawa, Eye site ka kamzor ho jana ya kutch bhee dikhayee na dena, tezi se bazan kam hona etc.

      Yahen me aap ko ye advice dunga ki aap apni mother ko kisi aachey doctor ko dikahyen, kyoki abhi aap ki mother ka sugar level high hai.
      Jb ye normal honay lagey to Diabetes ka sabsay aacha ilaj hai khan-paan me parhez kiya jaye, aur ever 2 hour me kutch na kutch kahaya jaye, jissay sugar level low na ho jaye, aur kabhee bhee full pet kahana na kayen.

      Babban Ji jaisa ki aap nay bataya hai ki aap ke peshab me chiti lag jati hai, to isse ye saaf pata lag raha hai ki aap ko 99% Sugar ki beemari ho gaye hai.
      Diabetes ki beemari ke kutch aam lakshan hai.
      peshab me chiti lag jana.
      Baar Baar Peshab ke liye jana.
      Thakan adhik hona
      Adhik Paseena aana.
      Weight ekdam se kam hojana.
      Aap apnay Doctor ke pass jakar apni sugar level kocheck karayen. Aap ka sugar level samany se kitna adhik hai ye checkup ke baad hi pata chalega.

      Ali Hasan sahab Sabse pehle to main aaapko ye bahut hee acche se clear kar dena chahta hu ki Sugar ya diabetes ki beemari bahut hee khatarnak hai aapke liye jais ki aapne bataya ke aapko 600 sugar hai jo ki samanya se bahut hee zyada hai aisee situation main aapko sabse pehle to usko control karne ke baaare main bahut hee shiddat se sochna chahiye.
      Sabse pehle to aap apne khane peene ka poora ka poora style change kar de aap agar din main 3 baar khana khatye he to ab usko badhakar utna hee khana aap 7 se 8 baar main khaye. Kyuke thoda thoda khana baar baar khane se aapka pancreas (jo ki aapki body main sugar niyantrit ya kahe ki distribute karta hai) ko kaam karne me thodi aasani ho jati hai aur wo acche se kaam karne lagta hai.

      iske alawa aap apne khane main chiknaayee aur meethhi cheezon se bilkul complete parhez karain agar aapka bahut hee zyada mann kare to bas chakhne ke taur par bahut hee thoda sa kha saktey hain.
      Aap internet per check kare ki aisee kon kon see khane peene ki cheezain he zinme sugar hota hai to aisee sabhi cheezon ko bilkul completely avoid kare yani ke aisee cheezain na khaye.

      aur kisi acche Doctor se jakar mile aur apni iss beemari ko please bahut hee sanjeedgi se le zara see chook bahut badi problem de sakti hai.

      Ali Hasan g. Sugar ki koi bhi medicine jab tak acche se kaam nahi karegi jab tak ke aap ka shareer khud ba khud sugar ko control karne ki prakriya start nahi karta hai.

      To meri to aapko yehisalah hai ke aap sabse pehle apne khane peene ke saath sath apne sone uthne ka time thheek karian aur iske alawa aisee khane peene ki cheezon se bilkul bache jinmain ki milawat ho ya ho sakti ho, jaise ki dhoodh aur uss se bani huyi chhezain kyuke ye bahut dekhne aur sunane main aa raha hain ki zyadatar dhoodh aaaj kal milawat wala hi hai.

      Aap roti ki jagha dalia , daal, 1 cup doodh, half Apple, means sab kutch khila saktey hai mager thodi thodi matra me aur 2 hour ke antaral me kutch na kutch khilatey rahey. Kabhee bhee eksaaath full pat ne khilayen. Sugar ya sugar se bani cheezon ka thoda parhez karein, Chawal, Aalu ka bhee kam use karein.salad me Kheera use karain. Oil, mirch, Refind bhee kam use karney per aap kay father ki sugar control rahegee.

      Santosh G. Diabetes ki beeamree main aapko tabhi fayda milega jab aap apne khane pene main sanyam barte, aur aisee saare jaankaree ikattha kare ke kis khane ki cheez main kya hota hai aur diabetes walo ke liye kya ye sahi hai ya nahi.

      Apni dincharya thheeek karne aur khane peene ki timing yadi aap theek kar le to beshak aapko fayde dikhayee denge lekin ye yaad rakhe ki ye ek aisee beemari hai jiske liye aapko apni dincharya hamesha waise hee rakhni hogi aur nirntarta banay rakhni padegi.
