डायोड क्या होता है डायोड का काम क्या है डायोड कैसे बनता है. इसको जानने के साथ साथ हम जांएगे की मैटेरियल्स कितने प्रकार के होते हैं. इसको हम एक चार्ट बनाकर समझेंगे.

Diode ek P Type semiconductor aur N type semiconductor ka junction hota hai yani ki P Type aur N Type semiconductor ko milakar hum Diode bnaatey hain. isliye hum Diode ko P-N Junction Diode bhee Boltey hain. Diode ek baipolar device hotee hai matalab isme negetiv aur pojitiv donon sides hotee hain.

 डायोड एक P टाइप सेमीकंडक्टर और N टाइप सेमीकंडक्टर का जंक्शन होता है यानि की प टाइप और न टाइप सेमीकंडक्टर को मिलकर हम डायोड बनाते हैं .इसलिए डायोड को हम P-N जंक्शन डायोड भी कहते हैं। डायोड एक बाइपोलर डिवाइस होती है मतलब इसमें नेगेटिव और पॉजिटिव दोनों साइड्स होती हैं.

Testing Of Diode:-

Diode Ko jab hum check kartey hain to current only ek direction me hi flow karti hai, Means Multi meter me es side sey hi diode me deflection dikhayega. Multi meter ki niddle move hogi,  kewal ek side ki checking per meter ki suyee hilegi. Iska matlab hamara Diode sahee hai.

डायोड को जब हम चेक करते हैं तो करंट केवल एक डायरेक्शन में ही फ्लो करती है, मीन्स मल्टी मीटर में इस साइड से ही डायोड में डिफ्लेक्शन दिखायेगा.  मल्टी मीटर की सुई हिलती है, केवल एक साइड की चेकिंग पर मीटर की सुई हिलेगी . इसका मतलब हमारा डायोड सही है.

Forward Biased:-

यहाँ ऊपर इमेज मैं हमने 1 डायोड के पॉजिटिव (+) को बैटरी के (+) से तथा बल्ब को डायोड तथा बैटरी के निगेटिव के बीच में लगाया है. यहाँ पर हमारा सर्किट ठीक बनाया गया है तो बल्ब जल रहा है इसको हम फॉरवर्ड बायस्ड बोलते हैं. फॉरवर्ड बायस्ड में डायोड की +ve लेग बैटरी की +ve लेग पर ही लगेगी.

Note :- Anode (+) per adhik voltage hongey tabhi current aagey Diode me chalegi. एनोड (+) पर अधिक वोल्टेज होंगे तभी करंट आगे डायोड में चलेगी.

Function of Diode :- Diode ke 3 mukhya karya hain jahan hum Diode ka use kartey hain. डायोड के ३ मुख्य कार्य हैं जहाँ हम डायोड का उपयोग करते हैं. Protection, Auto Switch and Rectification.

  • Protection ( Components ki Suraksha ) ( कंपोनेंट्स की सुरक्षा ) :- Diode ko circuit me lagakar hum device me galti se ultey wire ke judjaney ya lagjaney ke khatray se device ko bacha saktey hain.
  • Auto Switch ( Automatically 1 circuit ke band honey per Dusera circuit start karna ) 1 सर्किट के बंद होने पर दूसरा सर्किट स्टार्ट करना.:- Diode ka use hum battery aur adapter sey aaney wali current ko automatically off ya on karney me kartey hai. example jab ghur main electricity chalu hai to hamari device ko Adapter sey current milta raheta hai aur jab bijli chali jati hai to hamari device ko battery sey automatically current milna chalu ho jata hai.
  • Rectification (Current ko chanlena ) छानन.:- Diode se hum AC current ko filter karkey DC current bhee prapt kartey hain, lakin ya DC current puri tarha pure DC current nahee hoti hai. Pure DC current only Battery se prapt current hi hoti hai. DC current me koi Frequency nahee hoti hai.

      Deepak ji diode Amperage ke hisab se aatey hain. Chooki aap yahan koi new circuit design nahee kar rahey hain, balki kisi device me lagay circut me jo diode laga hai wahee diode aap wahan laga saktey hain yadi wo faulty hai. diode ka plus aur minus dhyan se check karkar lagayen.

      Yadi aap janna hi chahatey hain ki kitey Amperage ka diode use karna hain to aap ko ye formula dekhna hoga.
      P=VA
      P= power, V=Voltage , A=Ampere
      chooki yahan hum kitney Ampere ka diod use karna hai pata karna hai to
      P=VA se hum Ampere (A) ka pata kar saktey hain.

      Koi bhee transformer 2 tarha se kaam kar sakta hai, yadi aap transformer ke barey me thoda sa jantey hain to aap ko pata hoga ki isme 2 primary input wire aur 2 secondary output secondary wires hoti hain. Transform ko jis kaam ke liye banaya gaya hai uske anusar wo primery se input lega aur secondary se output dega. Yadi aap ka transformer 220 volts input aur 12 volts output deraha hai, to is transformer me aap seconday ko primary aur primary ko secondary bana kar output reverse me le sakteyhain. Kyoki step up transformer and step down transformer volts ko up and down kartey hain, baaki AC to DC ke lye hum Diode ka use kartey hain, aur DC to AC ke liye transistor ka use kartey hain.

      varactor diode ek special type ka diode hai, ye aaj kal kaafi electronics devices me use ho raha hai. jaisey ki color T.V, Tuner section of receiver me L-C circuit { inductor (L), and a capacitor (C) } ki voltage ko automatically up and down karney ke liye hota hai.

      Varactor diodes ko frequency modulators ki tarha istemaal kar saktey hai.
      varactor diodes ko frequency multipliers ki tarha istemaal kar saktey hai.
      Varactor diodes ko RF phase shifters ki tarha istemaal kar saktey hai.

      balram tharu ji, CFL ya mobile charger ke ander ke curcuit ki jaankari ke liye aap ko pahelay ye pata hona zaroori hai ki kon kon components hotey hain.
      Jo components lagay hain unki aap ko pachan, testing and working ki jaankari bhee hona chahiye. Yadi aap ko ye sab pata hai to aap, AC to DC output current or AC – DC – AC output current, repairing, replacing of component kar saktey hain. Yadi aap ko components ke barey me pata karna hai to aap hamari posts ko check kar saktey hain.

      sudama singh ji , diode ki checking ke liye analog multimetre me one side deflection of niddle, means meter ki niddle ek side se moove hogi aur dusree side se moove nahee hogi then diode is working ok, but if both side se niddle multimeter me moove karti haito diode faulty matlab kharab hai.

      Live wire is the cord through which the main heavy current flows at 220 volt. The neutral wire is at potential of zero volt. The neutral wire is joined in conjunction with the live wire to balance the potential difference. Though it serves nothing in the conduction process, but only supports the live wire to maintain it’s potential through which mainly the current flows into our home.

      Earth wire is used for bypassing the current in case of emergency to the ground. Many a times, devices and electrical, electronic equipment’s due to physical exertion becomes short, they can even give shocks upon being touched. In such cases, earth wire which is present mostly in every devices and also in the main plug shunts the heavy current to the ground instead of surging through your body, thereby saving you the damage.

      The third wire, called the earth wire (green/yellow) is a safety wire and connects the metal case of the appliance to the earth.
      This is the reason every main plug at home have got three insertions, one for live, another one for neutral, and the last one for the earth wire.

      If a fault occurs where the live wire connects to the metal case of the device, the earth wire allows a large current to flow through the live and earth wires. This overheats the fuse which melts and breaks the circuit.

      praveen sharma ji, aap hamari post me rectifiers ki images di gayee hain. aap us image me check kar saktey hain ki diodes ko kis tarha use kiya gaya hai. left side me ac input and right side me dc output ke beech me diodes aur transformer ka use kiya gaya hai.

      anuj tanwar ji IC means integrated circuit, jaisa ki iska naam bata raha hai ki isme kayee sarey components ko ek saath integrate yani ki ekatha( collect) kiya kar diya jta hai. lakin ic me sabhee tarha ke components ko integrate nahee kar saktey hain, for example coils, transformers. ic ke ander hum jaisay ki diode, transistor ko high temparature per ek cover me bund kar detay hai, aur uski bahar nikli huyee pins se apna desired output(jis kaam ke liye ic ko banaya gaya hai) prapt kar letay hain, ic kay use se hamari device me space ki problem nahee hoti aur circuit bhee complecated nahee dikhta hai.

    Aasalamualaikum rizwan bhai aap ki site par electronic parts ke baare mein pada achcha laga .aap information ko bahot explore kar bata rahe hai bahot achcha laga.aur mujhe bhi tecnical cheez ka bahot shouk hai .mujhe khushi hai ke ab mujhe kisi bhi parts ke baare mein jaankari chahiye hogi ya koi problem hogi to mein aap se share karunga.

      Fareed Qureshi sahab aap ka jo sawal hai wo actually circuit designing karney se related hai. aur ye kafi mushkil hota hai ki kisi circuit me konsi IC aur kya kaya components laga saktey hain.       Diode ka kaam ac to dc converson ka hai. but pure dc (not 100%) ke liye bridge banatey hain.
