Iron ( Loha ) :- Iron khanij lawan raqt रक्त me upasthith Hemoglobin me mukhya roop रूप se paya jata hai. Iski kutch maatra asthi majja अस्थि मज्जा, yakrat यकृत, pleeha प्लीहा ( Spleen ), gurdon गुर्दों tatha mashpeshiyo मांशपेशियों me bhee paya jata hai. Iron ki kami se Anemia एनीमिया namak rog ho jata hai.

Iron ( Loha ) ke Sroth स्रोत :- Liver, Egg, Fish, Meat मॉस, Hari Sabjee हरी सब्जी, Palak, Tamator, Pyaj aur Gajar प्याज और गाजर.

Iron ( Loha ) ke Karya :-

  • Yah Raqt me hemoglobin ka nirman karta hai.
  • Yah Pittashy पित्ताशय ( Gal Bladder ) ki kriyasheelta tatha pachan shaktee ko theek rakhta hai.

Calcium :- Shareer ki asthiyon, daaton aur Raqt me Calcium ki adhikansh matra payee jati hai. Calcium ki kami se asthi vikrat अस्थि विकृत namak rog, charm rog चर्म रोग, dama rog ho jata hai, tatha adhikta se raqtchap badh बढ़ jata hai, gurdey me pathre bannay ki asshanka आशंका ho jati hai aur jee machlaney lagta hai.

    मेरी माँ की उम्र 67 साल है उसके शरीर में सोडियम की कमी हो गयी है क्या करे।
